I am an experienced physiotherapist with:
- Over 20 years of clinical experience
- Specialising in Musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
- 14 years teaching university students in Sports Rehabilitation, Therapy and physiotherapy.
I trained in Clinical Pilates to help my patients transition from the treatment room back to their full activities and delivered classes for several years. I treat patients clinically and want to be able to provide Physio-led Pilates classes locally in Whalley Range to help people get active, prevent injuries and safely return to their activities (sporting or not) after back conditions and injuries.
