Physiotherapy led Pilates - Beginner to intermediate
Physio-led pilates is perfect if you want;
- to get started with getting more active,
- to prevent injury as part of a regular training regime, like running.
- following injury, when you need to build up some stability before engaging in activities.
- to help to reduce pain and stress.
This Beginner’s class is easy-going yet challenging. Using a series of progressive exercises that mobilise the spine and joints of the body, you will develop the strength and endurance of the deeper, stabilising muscles. This can improve posture, function and strength.
